Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red colour with a persistent mousse and a brightening rim. Crisp, vegetal nose of beetroot, cherries, raspberries and some undergrowth, with a rose petal in the background. Hearty on the palate, with well-integrated mousse, delicate tannins and a fine, fresh finish.
