Rich, shiny golden yellow, fine shimmer. Opens with subtle notes of light honey, jasmine, some nutmeg and mango. Spreads out on the palate, full-bodied and with good volume, residual sweetness is clearly present but well integrated, certainly a poem with mature cheese, lingers for a long time.
