Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow with silver reflections. A delicate touch of flint, a hint of candied orange zest, yellow peach, subtle oak and herbal savouriness, ripe quince, roasted yellow bell pepper and delicate honey blossom. Juicy and elegant, with discreet fruit sweetness, fine acid structure, substantial and well lasting, with fine mineral nuances and orange on the finish, has very good length and a salty touch on the finish.
