Tasting from 18.03.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby red. Rosehip, fruit tea, mint and a delicate hint of liquorice on the nose, with a delicate aftertaste of sealing wax. Shows finesse and beautiful creaminess on the palate, opens up to nuances of ripe wild berries, with a delicate, broad finish, currently still somewhat young.
