The white wine Ella Lugana DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Ancilla has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Ugni Blanc from the region Veneto in Italy.
Notes of crushed rock and pear, a hint of gravel and moraine, plus some yeast. Medium-bodied on the palate with mild acidity and a quite harmonious, but not sweet appearance. A solid Lugana typical of its provenance at a fair price.
