Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 18.03.2016: Peter Moser

Medium crimson, delicate ruby reflections, slightly watery rim. Hints of dill, red berry nuances, some raspberry confit, subtle liquorice notes. Medium body, some cardamom, pleasant ripe cherry fruit, fine tannins, powerful finish, delicate gingerbread, salty aftertaste, some nougat on the finish, it has very good development potential. The wine comes partly from the Shea Vineyard and the Old School Vineyard in the far south of Willamette.
