Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright amber with golden shimmers. Inviting bouquet, with dried apricots, almond flakes, and baby banana, as well as delicate notes of vanilla cream and a hint of salted caramel. Pleasant on the palate, with a gentle body, displaying animating interplay between sweetness and acidity, and distinctiveness. A charming saline, polished finish.
