Dark ruby red. Subtle wood savouriness opens the bouquet, then rich cherry fruit, plums, forest floor, also has slightly chalky nuances, with a fruit tea aftertaste. Warm-hearted, ripe cranberry fruit on the palate, compact and pithy on the tongue, grippy, juicy tannins, well-integrated wood, round finish.
