Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.10.2014

Pinot-scented. Raspberry blossom, iron, sweet cherry and a clear but not exaggerated hint of new wood. Delicate and very elegant on the palate, plenty of nerve and freshness, silky, slowly building tannins, still young, delicate minerality and a very pronounced finish flavour like candy floss. Very "cool" in the cut, showing much less of the viscous vigour of other Oregon Pinots.
