Tasting from 14.03.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark purple. On the nose, fermented notes, yeast, pastry, violets, Amarena cherry, plum and pepper. Green-spicy acidic notes on the palate, with grippy tannins, slightly drying and bitter on the finish. Not a fun style.
