Tasting from 07.09.2017: Peter Moser

Medium cherry red, delicate ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Red forest berry confit underlaid with fine wood spice and some vanilla, notes of fresh cherry, a hint of orange zest. Medium complexity, red fruit, present tannins, fresh acidity, some nougat on the finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
