Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Sparkling, vibrant ruby with a brightening rim. Concentrated nose with notes of ripe, dark cherries, plus plenty of pomegranate and blood orange. Hearty, full-bodied tannins characterize the wine's attack and finish, building up in many layers, reminiscent of chalk and slate, firm pressure on the finish, lingers for a long time.
