Rich, impenetrable ruby violet. Intense, appealing nose, smells of tobacco and graphite, then lots of blackberry and plum. Lots of sweet berry fruit on the palate, full-bodied and supple, unfolds with grippy tannins, coated in fine enamel, juicy on the finish.
