Rich, impenetrable ruby purple; very dense nose, intense aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, a hint of chocolate; emphatically juicy in the attack and finish, lots of present cherry fruit, unfolds with soft, supple tannins, persistent, lots of Barbera fruit.
