If you are looking for an old-school Barolo, the "BG" might be a bad choice. Neither its tannins are demanding nor its fruit harsh. Crème de cassis and ripe raspberry dominate its bouquet. Its powerful taste, however, does not irritate but reconciles. A distinguished wine with a promising future.
