The red wine DOC Ronco dei Ciliegi Riserva, vintage 2015 from the winery Azienda Mondò has been rated in 2017 by Martin Kilchmann with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Canton of Ticino in Switzerland.
Strong red; slightly reductive, black fruit, vanilla, indicated depth, improves with air, plum, coniferous wood; slender attack on the palate, elegant, juicy acidity, pithy, slightly green tannin; medium finish. Still somewhat rustic Merlot, contains twenty percent Cabernet Sauvignon.
