Broad brightening on the rim. Aromas of sweet almonds, red cherries and tree sap, heightened by notes of aged wood. On the palate, the wine is tightly knit, with a well integrated acidity, and firm but not astringent tannins. The wine is long lasting, homogeneous and compact on the finish, ending on juiciness and a tactile minerality. Strong ageing potential, ready to drink in 10 years, but can also easily age another 30 years!
