The red wine Lusirà Syrah IGT, vintage 2009 from the winery Cristo di Campobello has been rated in 2011 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Sicily in Italy.
Rich, sparkling ruby violet. Very dense nose, opens with notes of sandalwood, vanilla and other exotic spices. Dense, powerful tannins on the palate, builds nicely, lots of ripe berry fruit, still a little woody on the finish, but should integrate well.
