Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Pastel colours. Restrained fragrance with floral and balsamic accents, as well as some damp stone. Full and rich on the palate, with a slight sweetness in the powerful body, mild acidity, creamy mid-palate, and delicate final fruit with flavours of rosehip and apple peel tea. It is definitely not an aperitif, rather a good food wine.
