Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 10.10.2014

Yeasty, mineral flavour. Slightly developed fruit, fig confit and redcurrant. Sweetish attack and a clearly oily continuation. Despite the generous structure, plenty of juice and a firm tannin wall of very fine grain, minerality, good length. Has two sides: Power and sweetness, as well as mineral delicacy.
