Die Trauben werden so eingemaischt, dass der Traubenmost zusätzlich Aroma und Fülle aus den Beerenhäuten ziehen kann und so die ausgeprägte Sortentypizität unterstützt. Durch die sehr schonende Weinbereitung unter Luftabschluss bleiben die interessanten und für den Sauvignon Blanc sehr typischen Aromen von Holunder, Grapefruit und etwas Litschi erhalten.

Smells of fruity drops: Raspberries, cassis and grapefruit. There are also floral and subtle greenish nuances. Light-footed on the palate, with beautiful fruit, pleasant acidity and a long, minty finish. Dancing Sauvignon.
