Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant silver green with persistent mousse. Fragrant on the nose, candied lemon, some wet stone, yellow peach in the background. Initially shows lovely freshness on the palate, light phenolics, the mousse is airy and light, but breaks down somewhat in the finish.
