The red wine Tenuta Belguardo Maremma Toscana Riserva DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Belguardo has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep, dark, full ruby red. On the nose it is spicy and peppery, animalistic, with fine earthy notes, leather, ripe Amarena cherry, cassis. The palate is hearty, with dark berry fruit, good structure, spreads in an earthy way, fine resinous hints, currently still some loosely knit and brittle tannins.
