Brilliant straw yellow with light glints and persistent mousse. Very fine nose of candied pineapple, blood orange, slightly mineral note. Also very clearly mineral on the palate, balanced with crisp grip, full in the mouth, departs from the style on a tangent, fresh, salty and persistent on the finish.
