The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Belpoggio has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Very rich, dark ruby red. Hearty, savoury bouquet, of pepper, undergrowth and truffle, ripe Amarena cherries, bitter chocolate. Rich palate with polished tannin, dark berry touch, tightly woven, with lots of drive, even more fun when aired shortly before.
