Tasting Notes
Brilliantly clear ruby with a shimmering core. Delicately savoury start on the nose with notes of black pepper, clove, a hint of coriander and dark berry fruit. Juicy attack with animating freshness, elegant structure, shows finesse, pulls through with tension, relaxed finish.
More about the tastingBright ruby with a slightly brightening edge. Opens with notes of blackberry and elderberry, some ivy and tobacco in the background. On the palate textured tannin, very pithy, firm drive, the finish is a little rough.
