Tasting from 01.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Sparkling ruby red with delicate rim brightening. Cherry and plum on the nose, followed by some rosemary blossom and black pepper. Structured and balanced on the palate, great interplay of tannins and acidity, lingering finish.

More about the tasting

Intense ruby purple, dark. Black truffle and wet earth on the nose, then ripe blackberries and liquorice, rich and multi-layered. On the palate with grippy tannins, the fruit in the middle holds back slightly, with a certain juiciness, currently at a good stage of maturity.
