Tasting Notes
Trollinger without added sulfur. Total SO2 10 mg/l. Complex spice, almond, sweet cherry and herbs. For Trollinger it seems quite powerful with almost grippy tannins, vibrant acidity, opens more and more with herbs, wild cherry, dense, burgundy notes, undergrowth, salty minerality, lots of juice on the finish, a surprisingly stemmy texture for Trollinger, but with enough fruit to accompany it, excellent length.
