Bright, intense straw yellow with persistent mousse. Fine fruit on the nose, with hints of pineapple and banana, as well as clear notes of pepper, candied citrus fruit and delicate stony notes on the finish. Deliciously smooth on the palate, with plenty of tension and structure, lingering with a delicately bitter undertone.
