Light greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, an inviting bouquet with nuances of Golden Delicious apple, and fine tropical fruit, delicately underpinned by pear and blossom honey. The freshly structured palate has medium complexity, with white, ripe stone fruit, and a touch of saline minerality on the finish, a versatile food wine.
