This has a dark ruby colour. On the nose there are intense aromas of dark fruit, elderberry, cassis, some cassis leaf, spicy nuances, and subtle vegetal herbal notes. It is full-bodied on the palate, and slightly sweet on the attack, with a juicy ripe acidity, fine tannins, and a slightly tart finish.
