Slightly cloudy yellow with green hints and silver reflections. Nuances of yellow stone fruit, subtle hints of pear and banana, a touch of yeast and a mineral, slate savouriness. White apple, freshly structured and animated with a lightness and subtle salty nuances on the finish. A lean and summery food companion.
