Light yellow green, silver reflections. Fresh white apple, some rind, a hint of orange zest, mineral touch. Juicy, finely-meshed, subtle pear notes, fine fruitiness, integrated acidity, balanced and persistent, an elegant food wine with good ageing potential. A classic.
