Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. A very engaging bouquet, delicately nutty, with reductive peach notes and a hint of biscuit, reminiscent of Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Complex, mineral and balanced, yellow fruit, mineral, a rather subtle acidic structure, yet fresh. A versatile food wine, with length and definite ageing potential.
