Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.05.2014

Bright cherry red, violet reflections, subtle ochre rim. Attractive woody spice, black berry fruit, a hint of cassis and blackberries, pleasant spicy notes, nuances of dried herbs such as rosemary. Full-bodied, taut, dark fruit, fine nougat, well-integrated tannins, pleasant fruit, sticks well, should enjoy further bottle ageing. Where is the roast lamb? Mineral finish.
