Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep ruby garnet, violet reflections, broad watery rim. Fine nougat, ripe heart cherry fruit and strawberry jam underneath, candied orange zest. Juicy, extract-sweet, silky tannins, mineral and balanced, fine nougat on the finish, pleasant minerality, roasted aromas, good further ageing potential.
