Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, faint brightening on the rim. At first somewhat closed, tobacco underlaid blackberry, ripe cherry, noble wood nuances, with air delicate floral nuances. Powerful, finely-meshed, dark berry confit, taut texture, vivid, ripe tannin, a masculine style, marked by good freshness and length, a Vin de Garde, which needs a few years of ageing.
