Tasting from 27.11.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Coffee beans and barley roasted over vine wood. Nuances of malt, yeast and vanilla. Concentrated and animating. Raspberry liqueur, tonka bean and raisins create an exciting cacophony of aromas. Sweet extract opens the palate, followed by grippy tannins and an acidic, fresh and warming finish. Curious stuff that is fun to drink.
