Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Intense aromas of blackberries, nuances of dark cherries, blueberries and nougat with subtle background notes of tobacco. Powerful on the palate, sweet cherry, mineral texture, ripe tannins and a touch of chocolate on the mineral-salty finish. Seems very youthful and fresh with definite further ageing potential.
