Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark chocolate, sour cherry, nougat and herbal savouriness. A fresh, in all components very clear aroma. In the mouth great volume and very vivid, sweet palate fruit, the mealy to sandy tannins line the palate without astringency, the acidity seems mild and natural, but gives the wine enough support. Great length.
