Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Blueberry, black chocolate, underlying forest honey, herbal tones, medium-bodied but phenolically well-ripened palate, fine-grained, yet also supple in the right measure, a hint of astringency on the finish, juicy final fruit, very well-balanced wine, authentic and combining fruit and spice well. Very good length.
