Light yellow green, silver reflections. Yellow stone fruit, hints of pear and quince, some meadow herbs and lime zest. Juicy, elegant, salty core, very fine fruit in the texture, precise and clear, some melon on the finish, again with a fine touch of quince. Incredibly light-footed and delicate, you could easily fall in love with it.
