Tasting from 27.11.2018: Ulrich Sautter & Team

Subtle wood, cedar, herbal and spicy notes. Sweet fruit, supple attack, silky tannins, compact, an almost archaic Rioja feeling, beautiful spice on the finish, very good length. Good food companion: grilled chorizo or lamb chops.
