Dark, well-defined color. Very reductive - and that as a Gran Reserva! With plenty of air, some cherry, white pepper and balsamic herbal tones. Then also caramel. Emphatically full-bodied wine, hard extracted and showing hardly any oxidative maturity. Defensive juiciness, very tart wine.
