Typical Mediterranean spiced bouquet with clear nuances of capers, violets, preserved cherries and cassis. Shows good concentration and aroma density. Delicately spicy taste with fresh acidity and accessible structure. Tart tannin structure that encourages drinking. This is how good "uncomplicated" can taste.
