Tasting from 07.09.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Very closed fragrance. A hint of peach. After intensive contact with the air, yellow fruit and notes of damp stone. Mild attack, soft and full-bodied, very subtle acidity, yet not out of kilter, subtle materiality and incipient spiciness counterbalance the rich body.
