Tasting from 27.08.2021: Dominik Vombach

Complex bouquet with notes of dark flowers and wild berries. Hints of fig and dried plum as well as spicy notes from the oak. Juicy and flattering on the palate right from the start. Ripe, attractive acidity and fine-grained tannin. Aroma of dark dried berries and spicy notes. Lively and fresh. Mineral on the long finish.
