Guerinda is a range of hills north of the village of San Martín in Baja Montaña. Distinct notes of spontaneous fermentation. But also balsamic, peppery, smoked meat. Toasty wood. Silky, powerful palate, finely pixelated, with a hint of extract-induced sweetness underneath the juice and fruit. The large volume holds it together, with a subtle undercurrent of nerves. Has a certain power without being overpowering.
