A beautiful, nuanced cherry fruit is initially overlaid with slightly savoury notes. With aeration, herbal, savoury aromas emerge and displace the youthful, fermented aromas. There is also a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate the wine has a fine, mealy tannin structure and an early, spicy palate fruit with slightly peppery undertones. A convincing, completely natural elegance. 20 minutes in the carafe (or the use of a large glass) is recommended.
