Tasting from 30.06.2011: Peter Moser

75 % Tempranillo, 15 % Mazuelo, 10 % Graciano. Dark ruby colour. Open, sweet bouquet with pleasant woody savouriness, red and some black pâte de fruits. Sensual attack with remarkable acid freshness and yellow-fruity flavour, taut but juicy tannin, excellent concentration, compact and long, still somewhat austere and astringent, but with a pleasantly sweet fullness. Great certain ageing potential.
